HOW TO JOIN / LEAVE SpartanRAN LISTSERV

• Go to:  http://list.msu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=SPARTANRAN
• Choose "Join or Leave SPARTANRAN" link  (in blue text, next to Options)
• Enter your email address
• Enter your name
• Click either the "Join the List" button OR "Leave the List" button
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Go to the confirmation email and click the link to confirm
• A screen message will confirm your request has been processed
